Ocean Park Estates

Ocean Park Estates is a 21 lot urban residential subdivision which was completed in 2007 in Parksville. Timberlake-Jones Engineering (TJE) was the Prime Consultant and Project Manager responsible for site planning, feasibility, subdivision design and negotiations with the City of Parksville to obtain subdivision approval. Detailed design of sanitary sewers, storm drainage and waterworks were required in addition to roadworks, underground electrical, streetlighting and lot grading. TJE provided contract documents and tendering services for the development plus subconsultant co-ordination and construction management.
